Serious Chocolate is not responsible for missing, stolen or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer or for orders returned or delayed due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. We are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
Under normal circumstances, we do not take returns. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. However, if merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. We will only accept product for return if they unopened (seal is in tact) and in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition.
